This is for the people who are just too busy to have breakfast. I know you're tired of hearing that breakfast is the most important meal of the day....but ITS TRUE! And what better than to have your daily dose off vitamins and goodness in one glass. Banana & Cinnamon smoothie serves 1 person:
- 1 banana
- 2 tblspn natural yogurt
- Dash of fruit juice (i use fresh orange)
- 1 tspn honey
- 1 tblspn oats (or your favourite cereal)
- 1 tblspn dried fruit of your choice (i use cranberries)
- Cinnamon
Chop up the banana and add to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Give everything a quick wiz. Add more fruit juice until mixture is nice and smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle the cinnamon.
