2 parts  white rum
1 part slimline lime juice
1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
1 tsp sugar
soda water
crushed ice or ice cubes
slice of lemon or lime to decorate.

First, mash the mint leaves with sugar. Pour it into a tall glass with ice cubes in. Add the rum, lime juice and top it up with soda water. Decorate with mint leaves and lime slice.
